About me

I’m a theatre performer / maker / arts facilitator specialises in interactive/site-specific projects that allow people to perceive places and the past in new ways.

As a performer I’ve worked with directors such as Trevor Nunn, Peter Hall, Nancy Meckler and Justin Audibert; I’ve performed on stages in the west end and in theatres across the UK. I’ve been a member of the Natural Theatre Company in Bath since 2014, creating and performing in interactive street theatre in many different contexts, as well as facilitating and directing community projects. I’ve worked extensively with young people as a director/theatre facilitator both inside and outside formal education contexts, and I was recently awarded a Freelance Creative Education Grant by West of England Music and Arts (WEMA) to develop my facilitation practice in primary schools. Between 2014 and 2019 I directed and produced 3 shows as ‘The Heroine Project Presents’ - all of which explored the stories of women forgotten by history.

Live arts matter! And theatre offers a way of examining the world that cannot be done in any other way. As the arts become squeezed out of schools, I feel it is more important than ever to empower young people in particular to find their voice through artistic experiences.

A fantastic performer: watchable, versatile and able to hold an audience with remarkable skill
